Free Intro

Attend 1 free session on Friday (any class session), Saturday at 8:30am, or sign up for our 7 DAY TRIAL. We love having visitors at SPS.

Step Two

On-Ramp

Get started with our one on one express On-Ramp program. Learn the basics of CrossFit by signing up for our 2 On-Ramp sessions.

You can start at any time!

Perform Movements Correctly

To ensure your future workouts are done safely and to your capability, those with less than 3 months Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting experience & training at a CrossFit Affiliate gym, the compulsory On-Ramp Technique Program will need to be undertaken within the first 2 weeks of attending classes and before using any barbells.

One of our highly experienced and certified CrossFit Coaches will take you through the program which gives you more confidence using barbells in class when these movements are in the daily workouts.

Step Three

Group Classes

Join our awesome group CrossFit classes with one of our membership options, or continue with private coaching and let us help you

create a new life changing health and  fitness habit.

Our group classes combine High Intensity Interval Training utilising movements performed in life’s daily activities, such as walking, bending, lifting and climbing stairs, strength training which is critically important to build muscle to help combat osteoporosis & muscle tension and density gives the body a toned look.

What’s one of the best parts of our group sessions?? Most of our members soon figure out one of the best parts of their whole CrossFit experience, is the people they train with. Drop in to our Brookvale location and you’ll quickly understand that we’re all doing this together, motivating one another and sharing in the challenges and successes as the entire class powers through another workout.

Wi-Fi is available to all members and guests during classes & open hours so you’re never disconnected! Sit back and enjoy post-workout free time, or settle in after work before you hit your WOD (workout of the day).
