COMPULSORY OnRamp Technique Program:
Min 2 x 1 hours sessions: $70/session
2 x 1hr assessment and technique sessions for those with no Olympic or Powerlifting experience, or new to CrossFit. For those with more than 3 months of CrossFit experience, assessment in the 7 day trial will be done and may result in the OnRamp program needing to be undertaken.

Unlimited: $70/week
Unlimited Plus: $95/week - includes 1 PT session/month
3 Months Up Front: $63/week
All Unlimited memberships - Any classes 7 days per week.


Drop in
Casual: $30 (coached classes)
Open Gym: $20 (check timetable for open gym hours - no coached classes at these times)

3 Pack:
$55/Week - 3 sessions per week

Kids Class:
$140 ($100/sibling thereafter) - Per Term
