It’s time again to get the kids active!  Our CrossFit classes cater to children of all ages and abilities.  It can compliment your kids other sporting commitments to help improve their performance throughout the season.  It also helps increase the 6 components of motor skills which can lead to being more active and with confidence.

TIME: 4:00pm – 4:45pm.
COST: $126.00 ($90.00 per sibling thereafter)

The main benefit that Crossfit has on our children is that we can instil good values and healthy habits at a young age. Fitness should be fun and that's mostly what will keep your kids coming back for more!  In our classes, the kids will:

What is Ladies 45 HIIT Class?

Ladies 45 HIIT is a high intensity, interval training class, is for those ladies who are time limited but can fit in a quick 45 minute session per day, straight after dropping the kids off to school or before diving into the rest of your day.  It is also for those who are unsure or intimidated by the unknown of CrossFit.  It incorporates some of the methodologies as the traditional CrossFit program, but has been specifically developed for women getting back into fitness.  There will be no heavy weightlifting, it will be based around short, sharp metcons (Metabolic Conditioning workouts, or MetCons for short, are fast paced, high intensity workouts completed in a short period of time that will challenge your cardiovascular capacity, put your metabolism into overdrive and rapidly burn fat), concentrating also on technique so you are moving smoothly in your workouts and everyday life. 

CrossFit is a principal strength and conditioning program, which delivers a high level of general physical preparedness for any and all challenges life might produce. CrossFit is for everybody seeking a happier and healthier life style. All workouts can be scaled to meet the fitness levels and also limitations of injuries or pre-existing medical, of those participating. You don’t need to be in great shape to get in great shape.

Our goal is to improve your quality of life and increase your longevity.  We focus on constantly varied workouts with functional movements, and we manage the intensity to stay within a certain heart rate so that you can recover appropriately. We want you to “use it,” so you don’t “lose it”! 

As your body adjusts and you increase your strength, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning, you will be able work harder over a longer period of time.  With this, your overall fitness will improve and you’ll see it translate to your daily life through increased stamina, balance, strength, endurance, coordination and agility. Your children and grandchildren won’t be able to keep up with you!
