SUNDAY CLASS: CROSSFIT EXPERIENCE ONLY *

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BEGINNER ONRAMP TECHNIQUE PROGRAM - NEW TO CROSSFIT? 
THIS IS A COMPULSORY PROGRAM FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NEVER PARTICIPATED, OR HAVE LESS THAN 3 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN CROSSFIT OR WEIGHTLIFTING & WANT TO JOIN THE CrossFit CLASSES.  IT CONSISTS OF EITHER 2 x 1hr SESSIONS (minimum), OR 3 x 1hr SESSIONS.

IT IS AN ASSESSMENT OF EACH INDIVIDUALS MOVEMENT PATTERNS, STRENGTH & FITNESS LEVELS SO YOUR FUTURE WORKOUTS ARE DONE SAFELY & TO YOUR CAPABILITY.  WE ALSO BREAK DOWN & TAKE YOU THROUGH ALL THE OLYMPIC & POWERLIFTING MOVEMENTS.  ALTERNATE EQUIPMENT (no barbells) WILL BE USED PRIOR TO THE ONRAMP BEING COMPLETED. *By appointment only*  Call Gabrielle on 0402 701 838 for more information.

CF TRIAL CLASS - FOR PEOPLE WHO WOULD LIKE TO EXPERIENCE CROSSFIT FOR THE FIRST TIME AND GET AN IDEA AS TO WHAT IT ENTAILS.  WE OFFER A 7 DAY TRIAL STARTING WITH THE SATURDAY TRIAL CLASS AS IT WILL GIVE A GREATER EXPOSURE TO THE VARIETY OF WORKOUTS WE DO.  Bookings essential.

CROSSFIT CLASS - COMBINATION OF GYMNASTICS, WEIGHTS, LIFTING AND CARDIO.  PERFECT FOR ALL FITNESS, STRENGTH & SKILL LEVELS. ALTERNATE MOVEMENTS WILL BE GIVEN, DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES TO HELP PROGRESS YOUR TRAINING SAFELY.

CROSSFIT / HIIT CLASS (EVERY FRIDAY)- METABOLIC CONDITIONING ONLY, NO BARBELLS USED. PERFECT FOR ALL FITNESS, STRENGTH & SKILL LEVELS AND A DAY OF HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING. 

OPEN GYM - OPEN GYM 6am - 10:30am & 2:30pm - 7:30pm.  FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO COME IN AND DO THEIR OWN PROGRAM. DOES NOT INCLUDE CLASSES.

POWERLIFTING CLASS - COME AND IMPROVE YOUR STRENGTH AND ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE WITH A 7 WEEK POWERLIFTING PROGRAM THAT RUNS ON EVERY MONDAY, TUESDAY & THURSDAY NIGHT.  CONSISTING OF DEADLIFT, BACK SQUAT AND BENCH PRESS.  BEGINNERS TO ADVANCED LIFTERS WELCOME AS EACH INDIVIDUAL'S TECHNIQUE WILL BE ASSESSED AND IMPROVED. OLYMPIC LIFTING CLASS - DESIGNED TO MAKE YOU MORE EXPLOSIVE, STRONGER, FLEXIBLE, CONFIDENT & FASTER.  IT COMPRISES OF TWO MOVEMENTS: THE SNATCH AND THE CLEAN & JERK.  THE PROGRAM WILL FOCUS ON TECHNIQUE IN THESE 2 MOVEMENTS.  YOU WILL ALSO BE INTRODUCED TO ACCESSORY WORK TO IMPROVE YOUR OVERALL LIFTS.  BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL AS PLACES ARE LIMITED.  RUNS SEPARATE TO CROSSFIT CLASSES.
ALTERNATING EVERY FORTNIGHT WITH GYMNASTICS CLASS.

GYMNASTICS CLASS - THE GYMNASTICS PROGRAM IS INTENDED FOR CROSSFIT ATHLETES OF ALL LEVELS.  OUR CLASSES & PROGRAMS INCLUDE SPECIFIC DRILLS DESIGNED TO DEVELOP & ENHANCE PARTICIPANTS ABILITY & CONFIDENCE IN A RANGE OF HIGH VALUE BODYWEIGHT MOVEMENTS.  THE PROGRAM IS BASED ON A WEALTH OF EXPERIENCE IN BOTH GYMNASTICS, CROSSFIT TRAINING & COMPETITIONS.  ALTERNATING EVERY FORTNIGHT WITH OLYMPIC LIFTING CLASSES.

CROSSFIT KIDS - CROSSFIT KIDS IS A HEALTH AND FITNESS PROGRAM DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR KIDS FROM AGES 4-13.  OUR CLASSES ARE A GREAT  WAY TO GET YOUR KIDS MOVING AND EXERCISING WHILST HAVING FUN!  WE TEACH YOUR KIDS ALL OF THE FOUNDATIONAL CROSSFIT MOVEMENTS TO HELP IMPROVE BALANCE, CO-ORDINATION, CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS AND STRENGTH AS WELL AS IMPROVE SOCIAL SKILLS, TEAM WORK AND OVERALL CONFIDENCE.  WE HAVE SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMS, RUNNING EXTRA CLASSES - CONTACT US FOR MORE DETAILS.
